Meggan Austin, M.A., AMFT

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

Are you feeling sad or alone - like an outsider? Does it feel like your emotional pain has control over you and your life? These can be sources of confusion and suffering. Symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma can keep you stuck in old patterns that hold you back from living an authentic life. There are roots to the suffering and together we can navigate through old and new wounds while constructively resolving current life challenges.

For whatever reason you come to therapy, it’s important to know you are no longer alone. Together we will begin the journey to connect with and heal the pain from the past and step more fully into the wholeness of the person you are meant to be.

I believe in a soulful and heart-centered approach to psychotherapy. I work intentionally and intuitively to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your life and your feelings. You are deserving of compassionate attention. This caring attention is the container in which healing and change can occur. Our focus will be on finding what is most meaningful in you and your life as we peel back the layers that have covered-over who you truly are.

Together we can transform the roots of your pain into a deep understanding of yourself, your purpose, and the relationships in your life.

Chiara Cabiglio, M.A., AMFT

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

"Most people are afraid of suffering. But suffering is a kind of mud to help the lotus flower of happiness grow. There can be no lotus flower without the mud." -Thich Nhat Hanh.

We all have moments of feeling stuck and scared. Life brings us countless challenges and obstacles and sometimes we need support from others to help us get through difficult times. Seeking therapy is the beginning of you blooming into a lotus flower and rising from the ashes. You have the answers within you and the capacity to heal.

I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to reclaim inner peace, self-compassion, and love. I approach therapy by recognizing the complex and unique being you are and honoring your resilience that has brought you here. With clients, I primarily use the somatic trauma treatment therapy called the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM). My work is a blend of somatic trauma therapy, breathwork, shamanic journeying, inner child healing, attachment work, energy healing, and mindfulness and compassion.

Together, we can explore and process your deeper emotions and feelings, allow what is arising to be there, and identify what is holding you back from living as your empowered Higher Self. It would be my absolute honor to work with you. Please contact me if you are interested :)

Ana Genske, M.A., AMFT

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

I offer culturally-aware empathically-attuned Psychodynamic
psychotherapy, in which unconscious defenses and blocks are explored in a safe, non-judgmental environment. If appropriate, I utilize my training in the Comprehensive Resource Model modality, and Hypnotherapy to assist you in processing childhood trauma that keeps you from living life from your authentic, core Self.

Open and honest communication, insight, and a
trusting relationship between us is key. I look forward to helping you on the journey back to your innate Self.

Carey McIntosh, M.A., APCC

Associate Professional Clinical Counselor

My name is Carey and I’m an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor dedicated to guiding you toward a more fulfilling life. As a second career and with my own rich life experiences, I bring a deep sense of empathy to our work together, creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore your challenges.

My main focus is on healing trauma, as I believe that many difficulties—such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or struggles in personal relationships—often stem from unresolved trauma. I specialize in effective therapies like the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Together, we’ll uncover the roots of your struggles and empower you to reconnect with your authentic self.

I have a collaborative counseling style that focuses on genuine connection and meaningful exploration. I believe in holding hope for you as we navigate the painful aspects of your journey, paving the way for lasting healing.

I warmly welcome clients from all walks of life, with a special focus on individuals with disabilities and expats in international aid and development. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community and someone with a progressive physical disability, I understand the unique challenges many face. I also speak French and German fluently and am currently learning Spanish and ASL to better serve diverse communities.

If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing and growth, I invite you to connect with me.
